Channels Tv
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has called for the cancellation of  Saturday’s presidential elections in four northern states over alleged irregularities.

According to the Deputy National Chairman of the party, Mr Uche Secondus, under aged voters were allowed to vote by officials in Kano and Katsina States.

Mr Secondus also alleged that results were fabricated from some Local Government Areas in Gombe State, where voting never took place because of attacks by Boko Haram insurgents on the day of the elections.
He also decried online reports claiming victory of the opposition over the PDP.
Meanwhile, spokesman for the PDP Presidential Campaign Organisation, Mr Femi Fani-Kayode has insisted that the ruling party is sure of victory over the APC.

However, the Director, Media, Information Management Directorate of Buhari Support Organization, Mr Chidi Maduekwe, swiftly condemned the claims of victory, calling it a breach of Electoral Act and an attempt to cause violence.
