Gunmen Abduct Three Female Students In Ikorodu School

Three female students of the Babington Macaulay Junior Seminary School have been abducted by gunmen in Ikorodu area of Lagos.
The students were abducted by heavily armed men who were said to have scaled the fence and shot sporadically during the prep hour on Monday night.
In the account of one of the parents to Channels Television, he explained that the armed men made this attempt in January this year but were repelled by the school security and the fence of the school was further raised.
He confirmed that the three female students are not from same parent.
Also confirming the incident, the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, Dolapo Badmus, said that efforts are in top gear to rescue the students and arrest the abductors.
Babington Macaulay Junior Seminary School is owned by the Anglican Communion, Lagos Diocese and is located at Agunfoye-Lugbusi village in Ikorodu.
