Nigerian Governors To Kickoff Peer Review In Four States

Bauchi, Oyo, Jigawa and Niger states are being considered as the states that will be studied by the Peer Review Committee of the Nigerian Governors’ Forum.
The Chairman of the forum and Governor Abdul’aziz Yari of Zamfara State said that the committee headed by former Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Mohammed Uwais will be visiting the four states in the first quarter of 2016 to assess the level of project execution and share the experiences with other governors.
Unlike the previous exercise, when governors were visiting each other to do assessment, the Justice Uwais committee will do the assessment and assist the governors in the experience sharing exercise.
