Kogi State Governor, Idris Wada, says he will concentrate on agricultural development to empower the state’s economy if elected for a second term in office.
Governor Wada who spoke at his flag-off rally in Ayingba, Dekina Local Government Area of the state ahead of the November 21 governorship election also received into the party over 5000 decampees from the All Progressives Party (APC), in the state.
Party Chieftains, however, addressed the people on the choice to make in determining who they want as Governor in the forthcoming election.
The Kogi State PDP Chairman, Samuel Uhotu, also gave reasons why Governor Wada was made the preferred flag bearer of the party.
