Plateau State Gets New Commissioner Of Police

The Inspector General of Police, Mr Solomon Arase, has deployed Mr Adekunle Oladunjoye to Plateau State, as the new Commissioner of Police in the State.
Mr Oladunjoye’s deployment to Plateau State was announced on Friday  following the redeployment of Nasiru Oki to Bayelsa State.
Until his appointment, Adekunle Oladunjoye was the Deputy Force Secretary, Force headquarters, Abuja.
He joined the Nigeria Police Force as Cadet Assistant Superintendent of Police in 1984.
Mr Oladunjoye, who hailed from Ondo State, had served in various capacities and State Command, as a Deputy Commissioner of Police.
He is a graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, with a bachelor of science degree in Education/Economics. He graduated in 1983.
