Ilesa - An Ilesha.High Court has sentenced one Obafemi Kolawole to life imprisonment for rapping an 18 year old girl.
Delivering his judgement on Wednesday in Ilesha, Justice Abdulkareem Abdulkareem, said the convict was found guilty of the charge preferred against him.
The judge said the prosecutor had proved her case beyond reasonable doubt that the convict committed the offence.

The prosecutor, Rachael Ojimi, had told the court that the convict committed the offence on September 15, 2007 at 7 p.m. at Ilesha in Ilesha West Local Government Area.
"He has committed rape, contrary to section 358 of the Criminal Code Cap 34 vol. II, Laws of Osun," Ojimi said.
The medical report obtained from LAUTECH Teaching Hospital in Osogbo also confirmed that the victim became pregnant as a result of the rape.
