Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari, has commiserated with the family of human rights lawyer, Mr Fred Agbaje, who died in a London hospital on Friday.
The lawyer who was seen by many as highly de-tribalized and principled, was many times a guest on Channels Television’s news and currents affairs programmes.
The President eulogized the deceased, as an erudite human right lawyer, an ardent advocate against corruption and canvasser of internal democracy in political parties.
He also commended the fearlessness of the late lawyer in calling for the cleansing of bad eggs in the judiciary and standing up for his believes.
Much more, he expressed deep desire that the almighty God would console the Agbaje family and all those who mourn the legal practitioner.
