Nigerian goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama ended on the losing side on Friday night in the Ligue 1 clash between Lille and PSG.
Edison Cavani scored what was the only goal in the keenly contested match to earn PSG a 1-0 win over Lille at their own home ground.
The Uruguayan striker scored in the 65th minute as PSG further confirmed their superiority over Enyema’s Lille.
Before Friday’s game, PSG were unbeaten in their last five fixtures against Enyeama’s Lille, winning four and drawing one.
Many rightly predicted that it would be hard to bet against them picking up another win considering the form of both sides.
Enyeama, who before prided himself in keeping clean sheets, has shipped in as much as 17 goals this season.
It has been reported that the former Super Eagles captain has agreed to return to the national team once they qualify for the Russia 2018 World Cup.
Expectedly, opinions are divided on Enyeama returning to the national team.
