The midfielder believes the former Manchester United striker, who netted 26 times for Bayer Leverkusen last season, would easily fit into the Bundesliga champions' squad.
Xabi Alonso believes Javier Hernandez would be a strong signing for Bayern Munich.
The Mexico international was sold by Manchester United to Bayer Leverkusen last summer and made an immediate impact in his debut season with the German outfit, scoring 26 goals in all competitions.
Hernandez has previously played under Bayern boss Carlo Ancelotti at Real Madrid and therefore Alonso believes the striker would easily fit in with the Bundesliga champions. “Carlo Ancelotti knows him well from the year they spent together at Real Madrid, but these are questions for the directors," the midfielder told Univision.
“Could he fit in at Bayern? With his quality, of without a doubt! “But I see him at Leverkusen and he seems happy.”
