Sixteen people have been killed in a bomb attack in Monguno council area of Borno State.
This is according to the State Governor, Kashim Shettima.
Shettima is dismayed by recent bomb attacks in the state in which more than 60 people have died.
He said that those injured in Monguno would be evacuated to the capital city.
