The Naze Millionaires have started their build up to the new season with the resumption of their players. Heartland FC players have commenced preparations for the Nigeria Professional Football League kick off.
The team had two training sessions on Tuesday as they hope to bounce back after a failed expedition last season having placed seventh with 56 points from 38 points. Media Officer of the club, Solomon Onu said most of the players with the team have arrived with the remaining ones expected to hit town by Wednesday.
“We have some of our players in camp and have resumed training while the rest are expected to join the next training session,” Onu told Goal.
“We also have some players that have come to gatecrash our camp to try their luck if they will be worthy enough to be selected. He added that new general manager, Oscar Keke is keen to reposition the club and that the Naze Millionaires’ fans will witness their rebirth.
