Your problem is not Buhari, By Salman Jiddah

premiumtimesng.com
Dear game changer, “actions create consequences.”
Forgive my naive quote, it is something I heard from a movie, and I know it does not endow me with the wisdom to criticize you either, but I believe it is basic logic.
The brief mathematician that I am, I believe, has given me critical thinking and observation skills.
Bravo for changing a game, but I believe you need to take a step back and look again. Everything else is changing.
Dear game changer, I see a nation changing, and by that I am not predicting the change in hands of power, that totally depends on the over 150 million game changers we have. I hope you know you are not the only game changer. I believe knowing will help you weigh the consequences of your actions.
I respect you, I love you, and I used to look up to you, but I must say I am disappointed by your campaigns which have been mainly targeted at why people should not vote for the All Progressives Congress, APC, candidate, Muhammadu Buhari, I believe a campaign to convince people why they should vote your boss will be more promising, and please do not use the railway system reactivation as a capital reason, that will be like singing praises for using coal to power electricity. Innovation not regression is celebrated.
I hope you know your problem is not Mr. Buhari, or APC either, your problem transcends that. Let me tell you what your problems are, assuming you do not know:
Your problems are the family and friends of the over 10,000 people killed in north-eastern Nigeria, the kidnapped Chibok girls and other women and children who have been victims of terrorism.
Your problems are the students of the universities and polytechnics who have been kept in their homes or streets or wherever for a really long period of time.
Your problems are the millions of unemployed youth roaming the streets of our nation.
Your problems are the millions of uneducated citizens of our dear country.
Your problems are stealing and corruption, I would have just said corruption if not that your boss thinks stealing is not corruption
Your problem is information, the masses now have access to information, they know too much.
Your problem is the subsidy removal wrought in fraud.
And mind you, the problems I have mentioned are only the colossal few among the countless.
The people are desperate, without proper reasons they could vote in an animal for a change, give them a reason to vote your boss, do not give them a reason not to vote someone else, in doing so it only reveals your boss’s desperation.
Any way, you have rolled your die, the people are to play their cards, and I will like to believe you know most people are holding joker cards just pray you do not end up paying the price, but just so you know lots of people are hoping you do pay the price.
P.S please do not let yourself be a slave king.
Yours,
Another game changer.
