An initial bid of £18m has already been rejected by the Baggies as they aim to hold on to their club captain, and Pulis has revealed that City have not come in for him again.
"At present there has been no contact in the last couple of days," Pulis said in a press conference, as quoted by Sky Sports.
"Jonny is a West Bromwich Albion player and we are hoping we can get the situation resolved."
The 29-year-old Northern Ireland international has two years left on his current contract at West Brom and has been at the club since 2015, when he left Manchester United.
