The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in Imo State has suspended four of its members including Mr Okey Ezeh, a governorship aspirant in the just concluded governorship primaries of the party in the state.
Addressing journalists at the party’s secretariat in Owerri the Imo State capital, the State Chairman of the party, Mr Peter Ezeobi maintained that the suspension is in line with Article 21 of the party’s constitution.
Mr Ezeobi further disclosed that the party took the decision in order to put an end to all forms of distractions and internal issues rocking the party which incidentally is being spear headed by the suspended members, as their actions are capable of disturbing and truncating the chances of the party in winning any elective seat in the 2015 general elections in the state.

He said however, a seven man disciplinary panel has been set up to try the members for further actions.
